Residues of Home
Residues of Home reflects on the fragments we carry when we leave behind familiar places. In my visual arts practice, this work draws from personal experiences of migration, where home becomes less a physical space and more a collection of memories, impressions, and emotions. The traces—textures, objects, and fading images—act as silent witnesses to belonging and loss. Through layered forms and subdued tones, I attempt to capture the lingering presence of what once was, and the fragile way it continues to live within us.
